Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate crew recruitment, including interviews, reference checks, medicals, PPE, payroll, and onboarding documentation.
  • Develop and maintain COVID management plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage offshore personnel logistics roster, including international vessel crew logistics, travel, accommodation, and other relevant tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR/Crewing & Logistics experience, preferably in Oil & Gas offshore construction.
  • Excellent personal communication skills and exposure to online crew management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
