Our Care Home

We have 64 beds across various care units, with a focus on providing residents with an empathetic and personal approach. Our primary goal is to enhance their health, lifestyle, and well-being.

The Role

This position involves delivering support to our hospitality team, ensuring seamless catering, cleaning, and laundry services within the care home. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to resident queries and requests
  • Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen
  • Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food preparation, serving meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in resident rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas

You Will Be A Key Team Member In Ensuring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexible availability for various shifts throughout the week
  • An understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and ability to work unsupervised

Compensation Details

The estimated salary for this role ranges between $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This figure includes benefits and other compensation.
