About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dicker Data and contribute to our continued growth and success. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, guiding them through cloud-based challenges.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Azure services, including Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and more.
  • Provide exceptional support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, guiding them through cloud-based challenges.
  • Leverage your analytical prowess to pinpoint root causes of complex cloud issues and craft effective solutions.
  • Implement and manage Azure subscriptions, user accounts, and security settings.
  • Document resolutions and actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Constantly evolve your expertise through Microsoft certifications and ongoing training in the ever-changing cloud landscape.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to tackle intricate problems and ensure seamless cloud adoption across the organization.
  • Be a positive influence, guiding and supporting users as they navigate the exciting world of Microsoft cloud solutions.

Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Azure services.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and other core Azure technologies.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to untangle cloud complexities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Committed to providing exceptional, user-centric support.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred.
