About the Position
  • This is a mid-senior level position that requires extensive experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure in Azure Public Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers.
  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results.
  • Applying industry best practices for operationalizing our growing cloud infrastructure with up-to-date security and compliance to various standards and regulations.
  • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements.
  • Evaluating and onboarding security tools such as Fortify, Nexus IQ, and SonarQube vulnerability and open-source scanning into the Security DevOps life cycle for multiple tech stacks.
  • Driving continuous improvement to both the Security DevOps pipelines and processes, and to the Information Security tools, services, and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an agile, DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or other related engineering fields.
  • Ability to assess the requirement, environment, and suggest the right tools/technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker and Azure Container Registry.
  • Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Expertise in automated deployments using CI/CD principles.
  • Expertise in debugging and providing solutions and workarounds.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and consuming from .Net Technologies and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Azure Databricks and its architecture/framework.
  • Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning Service and its architecture/framework.
  • Knowledge of different monitoring and logging solutions available on Cloud, preferably on Azure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coding abilities.
