Project Commercial Manager Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Project Commercial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial management of assigned projects, ensuring timely submission of claims and correspondences in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and regularly reviewing claim strategies with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project managers;
  • Participating in sales handovers and providing project managers with key term summaries as references for project management;
  • Supporting project managers in identifying, evaluating and assessing project risks and opportunities during the project execution phase;
  • Providing ongoing guidance and support to the project management team with regards to commercial management of contract execution;
  • Acting as a focal point for management of claims of assigned projects and ensuring timely submission of claims and correspondences in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;
  • Tracking claim and change management and assisting project managers with solutions to contractual and commercial issues;
  • Maintaining proactive relationships and management with customers, suppliers and contractors so as to effectively monitor contractual compliance requirements and ensure adherence and conformance of contract delivery requirements and terms;
  • Preparing and managing claims in accordance with the contract, defending against incoming claims and creating counterclaims, preparing and managing extension of time claims, prolongation cost, acceleration cost by working with time schedulers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
