As a Maternal and Child Health Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our program by providing services to families and children that optimise their health, wellbeing, learning, development and safety.
The successful candidate will have clinical nursing expertise and excellent communication skills. They will be flexible and responsive to the changing needs of families and work from a strengths-based approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Practicing safely and competently according to current frameworks.
- Identifying children and families experiencing vulnerability, providing health information and facilitating early intervention through engagement with services.
