Key Responsibilities

  • Remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion long-term success for both our clients and consultants.
  • Provide guidance and foster an environment where talent thrives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading multi-workstream data transformation engagements in large enterprises.
  • Consulting sales experience and strong executive relationships within Financial Services, Insurance, and Energy & Utilities Industries.
  • Strong industry pedigree in aforementioned verticals.
  • Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and app modernization.
  • Ability to align technology solutions with clients' business objectives and outcomes.
  • Expertise in leading delivery, change management, including technology adoption and organisational transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, influencing executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
  • Lead development of compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
