Optical Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Optical Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with others, provides exceptional customer service, and has a passion for helping people.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting patients with frame selection, performing administrative duties, and supporting the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Help patients select frames and provide styling advice
  • Perform administrative tasks, including booking appointments and handling payments
  • Support the team in achieving our goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Optics an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and Saturdays
  • Comfortable with change and open to learning new systems and processes
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
