About the Role

We're looking for an Optical Assistant or Dispenser to join our friendly team. Full-time or part-time – let's create a schedule that works for you.

Experience in optics is great but not essential. If you've thrived in health, pharmacy, or retail environments and you love helping people, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Make People Smile

Deliver warm, friendly service that makes our patients feel valued and cared for.

Keep Things Running Smoothly

Manage bookings and support the team to ensure seamless patient flow through the practice.

Bring Style to Eye Care

Assist patients in choosing frames that suit their style and lifestyle and share the latest eyewear fashion trends.

Support Our Optometrists

Conduct pre-testing to help us deliver thorough eye health assessments that set new standards in patient care.

About You

  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in optical, health, pharmacy, or retail settings is highly valued.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Interested in eyewear fashion and new technologies.
