We are seeking a skilled Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing bookings and supporting the team to ensure seamless patient flow through the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide warm, friendly service that makes our patients feel valued and cared for.
  • To assist patients in choosing frames that suit their style and lifestyle and share the latest eyewear fashion trends.
  • To conduct pre-testing to help us deliver thorough eye health assessments that set new standards in patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-driven and proactive with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience in optical, health, pharmacy or retail settings is highly valued but not essential as we offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
