We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable agency that values its staff, rewards hard work, and offers genuine career development.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing landlord and tenant relationships, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance matters, overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management, attending tribunal when necessary, and working with a supportive Principal and dedicated team members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in property management, hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, possess a reliable car and driver's licence, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday only, with flexibility to work from home after probation. We offer regular team training and social events, new business incentives to boost your income, and strong admin support – our Property Associates handle inspections so you can focus on relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture landlord and tenant relationships

Requirements:
