About the Role:

  • Support routine inspections, lease preparation, and maintenance coordination
  • Develop skills in liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Gradually take on more responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in real estate (leasing/admin/similar)
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable car and driver's licence
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the role
  • Friendly, confident communication and strong attention to detail
