Foreman required for a tier 2 builder involved in government funded projects throughout regional NSW. Permanent or Contract opportunity.
- Our client has been established for over 100 years covering public and private sector projects up to $100m in value.
- They are a well-respected business that consistently wins awards for one of the best places to work in NSW.With recent wins across regional NSW, they are now looking for a number of experienced foremen to help successfully deliver these projects.- To be considered for this role you will be an experienced foreman with the following experience:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Newbuild & Refurbishment project experience
- Trade background in Carpentry
- Preferably head contractor experience as a Supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans/drawings
- Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
- Public sector project experience

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Interpreting and reading plans
- Manage Site Safety / OH&S
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Liaise with the client
- Assist in managing the construction programming
- Reporting to the Site Manager on a weekly basis
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
