Identity Management Executive

The role of the Identity Management Executive is to oversee the management of our identity services enterprise-wide. This includes managing our broader identity strategy alignment, frameworks, governance, and end-to-end delivery of new business or technology capabilities.

This involves operational accountability for the Identity & Access Management services and platform performance across our internal and external users. It also involves working with stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to prioritise and deliver new capabilities in line with business needs.

The Identity Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing the identity management lifecycle, security posture, governance, and compliance of the services to ensure the required level of service is met. This includes engaging technology platforms to ensure the effective integration and ongoing management of identity and access services as part of all platform deployments.

The role requires strategic leadership as part of an enterprise security strategy, ensuring alignment between platform capability roadmaps and strategy. The Identity Management Executive will direct, develop, and engage a group of technical leaders, platform engineers, and domain experts to create a high-performing culture to deliver critical business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Identity Governance, Single Sign On, Credential Management including Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, and Secrets Management.
  • Leading operational groups in complex stakeholder/client-facing environments.
  • Cross-functional experience including delivery, development, testing, and/or operations.
