Diagnostic pathology services are offered by our organization to hospitals and health services across metro, regional and remote areas in Queensland. We operate 35 facilities providing 24/7 service every day of the year. Our team comprises approximately 2000 staff including pathologists, registrars, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants and operational and support personnel. The team enables access to pathology results in remote locations and after hours through point-of-care testing devices at the patient's bedside.

Main Responsibilities:

- Determine priorities, coordinate and finalize work within specified time frames
- Register and track Anatomical Pathology material using a Laboratory Information System
- Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients

Mandatory Qualifications:

- COVID-19 vaccination as per Human Resources Policy B70
- Vaccination against one or more vaccine preventable diseases during employment: measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, pertussis and hepatitis B
