South Australia Client Management Position

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, drive business growth, and manage key client accounts in South Australia.
The successful candidate will provide direction to a team of Account Managers and worker liaison staff to ensure labour hire assignments are managed effectively. Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes that are transparent, informed, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Maintain client and worker relationships to the highest degree. Manage effective relationships with third parties including trade unions and governing bodies. Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of Account Managers, delivering end-to-end recruitment processes, reviewing services delivered by the team, maintaining client and worker relationships, and managing effective relationships with third parties.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thinks outside the square, is resilient, and thrives in a competitive and challenging industry.
