About the Opportunity

As Director, South Australia, you will lead the continued growth of the Adelaide business. You will build upon the relationships and early wins already in place, while driving business development, overseeing project delivery, and building a high-performing local team. Working closely with the interstate leadership team, this role offers autonomy and influence, the chance to shape and scale a business with the full support of a national consultancy behind you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow Pomeroy Pacific's presence in South Australia
  • Build on existing client relationships and continue driving new business across both private and public sectors
  • Oversee project delivery across the full lifecycle, from business case and feasibility through to construction and completion
  • Provide strategic leadership to operations, team culture, and business performance
  • Represent the Pomeroy Pacific brand and values in the market
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to national growth
  • Support identification, acquisition and delivery of their own development opportunities.

About You

We are seeking a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader with strong local knowledge and networks in the Adelaide property and construction sectors. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in client-side project management and/or property development
  • Capability and desire to build the revenue pipeline and the business
  • A successful track record leading teams and delivering complex, high-value projects
  • A strong understanding of the South Australian market and its key players

This could suit a Senior Project Manager or Project Director ready to step into a broader leadership position, or someone already in a senior role looking for more autonomy, strategy, and impact.
