Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Banking & Financial Services section, focusing on commercial finance and funds management.
- This role will work closely with highly regarded Partners and lawyers across the practice to assist with the establishment and operation of funds and fund-related transactions across all asset classes.
- You will be responsible for advising clients on Australian financial services licensing and regulatory requirements, including licensing applications, variations, and compliance obligations.
- Additionally, you will prepare and review disclosure documents such as product disclosure statements, information memoranda, advertising material, investor statements, and reports.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Banking & Financial Services practice and the firm by participating in marketing and business development activities, preparing and reviewing precedents, and adhering to the firm's file management policies.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with between 5-8 years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law, including private practice experience. Ideally, you will have an enthusiasm for and interest in practicing in the financial services sector, specifically commercial finance and funds management.

- A strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage client relationships.
