With a reputation for handling some of the most challenging and high-profile matters in the market, the firm provides a supportive setting where experienced litigators can thrive, innovate, and lead.About the Position: Our client is seeking a commercially astute Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation to play a pivotal role in their high-performing disputes practice.Working closely with an accomplished Partner who is highly regarded for both tax controversy and general commercial litigation, you will lead complex and diverse matters.
The role offers exposure to a wide variety of files, including contractual disputes, regulatory enforcement, shareholder and director disputes, IP claims, tax audits, and commercial fraud.You'll be trusted to take ownership of files from day one—strategising, running litigation, and mentoring junior team members.
