About Our Ferny Hills Campus

Our Ferny Hills campus is a vibrant and engaging childcare centre that prioritizes sustainability and community involvement. With four dedicated outdoor play areas, a worm farm, vegetable garden, and compost bin, children can explore and learn through hands-on experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cert 3 or Diploma Educator to join our team at Ferny Hills. As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with experienced Early Childhood professionals, receiving mentoring and support while sharing your strengths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and interact with children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Lead group times and facilitate opportunities for children to learn through play, aligned with our interest-based curriculum.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture, upholding our HEART principles.
