Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Birralee Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you will be at the heart of shaping young minds and creating a safe, supportive, and exciting play-based environment that enriches the lives of children, families, and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
