About the Job:
  • Identify and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Promote inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury or health conditions.
  • Engage and collaborate with employers to address skill shortages through role customization and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to enhance participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Foster employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • BUILD employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Achieve internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Cultivate the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You:

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience, or genuine passion, for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
