About the Role

The role of a Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of our organisation. Key responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries and requests with proficiency and friendliness, focusing on supporting trust & owner accounting functions.

This exciting opportunity requires an individual with a high level of proficiency in using property management systems for detailed financial reporting. Experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager, Reservations Manager or Revenue Manager is highly valued.

We are seeking someone who can provide technical support to clients, assist them in utilizing the property management system, and establish trust through exceptional customer service.
