Mental Health Nurse

MARS Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a temporary position in Adult Community Mental Health in country NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop care pathways.
- Perform detailed mental health risk assessments to evaluate patient safety and potential risks.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, with expertise in community care coordination.
- Manage complex cases, ensuring continuity of care through regular monitoring and intervention.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals with diverse mental health conditions.
- Monitor and manage patients on clozapine therapy, with experience in administering depot injections.
- Experience in MH Nursing at RN6 + level and above.
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Credentialed Bachelor of Nursing Degree with mental health qualifications.
- NSW WWCC (or willing to obtain).
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Statement of Service required.
- Superannuation.
- Christmas agency bonus paid on completion (up to $1000).
- Accommodation provided via facility.
- Travel reimbursement.
