As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional support to our clients. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering personalized support in a group home setting, including assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
- Supporting clients to develop skills and build independence, enabling them to make their own choices and participate fully in their communities
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- Transporting clients, using our minivan, as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
- Live locally to the Northern Beaches and North Shore region
- Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
