Growth Manager Job Description

The role of a Growth Manager is to drive growth in emerging markets by developing novel tactics and accelerating expansion.

This involves working across all owned, earned, and paid channels to create and deliver the blueprint for the next wave of growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize campaigns across various growth platforms.
  • Analyse user behavior and market trends to uncover opportunities for marketing and product improvement.
  • Support A/B testing throughout the marketing and onsite funnel to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor key growth metrics, measure impact, and provide insight to guide business decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver key initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A customer-first mindset to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • The ability to own and drive initiatives from ideation to delivery across all growth domains.
  • A highly analytical problem solver who can create data-led solutions.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, or willingness to learn.
  • A basic understanding of statistics to interpret A/B test results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
