We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Suite and Perioperative Day Unit at Grampians Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of best practice nursing and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and foster best practice nursing and service delivery to patients and their families within the Operating Suite and Perioperative Day Unit.
- Commit to one education day per month to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Ensure and promote an excellent standard of care and service is delivered.
- Support the Nurse Unit Manager and the team to review and evaluate best practice, evidence-based clinical care.
- Work collaboratively within a large team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
- Experience in the Perioperative unit and/or Operating Suite is desirable.
- Have a passion and desire to extend your knowledge and develop your skills in these specialized areas.
