About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Day Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working in a Medical Day Unit or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
