Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sales Associate to join our team at the Boots Bluewater counter. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service skills.


The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail industry, preferably within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors. They should be driven by KPIs and goals, with a strong ability to multitask while providing professional and outstanding customer service.


Key responsibilities include greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, determining customer needs, suggesting relevant products based on acquired knowledge, and ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service and educate customers about skincare and beauty products.
  • Manage customer feedback and queries in a positive manner.
  • Assist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organization.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Passionate about skincare and product knowledge.
  • Comfortable engaging customers and applying products to the customer while providing consultations.
  • Ability to multi-task while providing professional and outstanding customer service.
