Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all recruitment initiatives within the Energy & Resourcing sector.
- Ensure timely responses to multiple inquiries.
- Manage and allocate team resources effectively, including forecasting and risk management.
- Spearhead candidate sourcing through internal initiatives and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain advertising strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to management.
- Analyze workforce data to offer insights on attraction, sourcing, and prioritization.
- Contribute significantly to strategies aimed at improving workforce operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and the community.

Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in Blue Collar trades.
- Proven experience handling large-scale labor requests, particularly in Operations, Maintenance, and Shutdowns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- At least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly driven with a strong desire to achieve.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with FastTrack 365 is highly desirable.
