We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our client services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and accurate support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train new hires on key processes and procedures
  • Conduct quality checks on existing staff members
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Identify areas for improvement in client services processes and implement changes
  • Encourage team members to take ownership of their work and develop their skills
  • Assist with rostering and scheduling
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency
  • Support the client services leader as needed
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience in client management
  • At least 2 years experience in training or development
  • Call centre experience is highly desirable
  • Experience managing telemarketing teams is also an asset
