Senior Operations Leader

As a Senior Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Central Services department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to the refinery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a senior leadership position that demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex challenges. You will contribute to the broader equipment management by representing the refinery in forums established to promote best practices across the business.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team culture.

  • Deep understanding of Daily Visual Management, Business Improvement, and organisational change management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in science/engineering and business management fields.
