Pathology Collector Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pathology Collector to join our team, delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on healthcare.


This role is ideal for those who are passionate about building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and patients.


As a Pathology Collector, you will be responsible for collecting samples across different wards and areas, utilizing your empathy and drive to deliver outstanding customer service.


Meticulous record-keeping is essential in this role, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


Requirements
  • Phlebotomy experience, preferably with a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a nursing background.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills, with a high level of empathy and a patient-centred approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work.
  • Vaccine-preventable disease evidence, such as Hepatitis B, is required for this role.
