The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven professional to join us as a Senior Consultant. If you enjoy tackling complex challenges, have a passion for science, engineering, law, technology, or commerce, and thrive on learning – this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you'll help clients navigate government grants and incentives. You'll be part of a values-driven team that prioritises innovation, integrity, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead R&D tax claims for clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
  • Build trusted relationships with finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and scope eligible R&D activities and expenditures under current legislation.
  • Advise on government grants and incentives.
  • Review technical and financial documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of R&D activities in line with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in STEM, Software Engineering, Commerce, or Law.
  • Experience in R&D tax consulting, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
