Career Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educator to join our team in the Nursery room, caring for children aged 0-2 years.

  • This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week, with additional responsibilities including monthly RDOs.
  • Part-time positions will also be considered.

You will work collaboratively with your team to develop a stimulating and enriching program that fosters the growth and development of young children.

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification. They will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standard.

In addition, the ideal candidate will hold a current Working with Children's Check and Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a developmental program
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community
  • Contribute to the program through observations and documentation
  • Provide behaviour guidance strategies and spontaneous play-based learning experiences
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Working Towards Cert III will be considered
  • Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safety Standard
  • Current WWCC and Level 2 First Aid
