Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in running daily operations, effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times.

The ideal candidate will have professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers. You will also support the Branch manager with administrative tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills, and have Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

About the Role:

  • Undertake repair inspections on vehicles, explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
  • Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required
  • SOURCE suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries

About You:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
