Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial performance by overseeing the planning and analysis process.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial finance role and possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. They will also be proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as having strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the coordination of monthly forecasts and preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Accurately and timely preparing local, area, and corporate reporting, including variance commentary
  • Managing total overheads and finance business partnering corporate budget owners
  • Identifying possible savings or risks proactively

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a commercial finance role, preferably with a CA or CPA qualification
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A natural curiosity to learn and improve, with a desire to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of Power BI
