Key Player in Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a crucial role in continually improving the customer experience and providing superior internal support to our sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering results and possesses excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales estimating/quotations or related roles and experience in customer service in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will estimate, quote, and prepare thorough tenders to secure profitable work for our business.
- Drive results through utilising your relationship building skills.
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will undergo a pre-employment process, including drug and alcohol testing and a police check.
Key Skills:- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
- Experience in customer service, sales estimating/quotations, or related roles in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
