Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engineering operations strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our engineering services.
- Lead a team of engineering professionals to deliver high-quality engineering services to our clients, including engineering design, construction management, and operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless delivery of engineering services.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in our engineering operations.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for engineering operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our engineering operations remain competitive and innovative.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering operations, with a strong background in engineering design, construction management, and operations and maintenance.
- University degree in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering preferred.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
