Our client is a leading machinery attachment manufacturer, offering an extensive range of attachments and wear parts equipped with renowned planetary gearboxes.
The National Service Manager will drive the growth of the brand, improving its market position and profitability. Key responsibilities include defining long-term branch goals, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a service operations plan aligned with company objectives.
- Lead a national team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate warranty terms.
- Manage warranty claims and returns through coordination with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Deliver product training and support to team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing service operations in a technical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in machinery products/services with comprehensive customer and market knowledge.
- Advantageous to have experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor M3.
