About the Role
  • Develop and execute trading strategies using market insights and customer behaviour data to stay ahead in the game.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to enhance trading models and internal systems for maximum impact.
  • Partner closely with trading operators to ensure smooth operations and shared learning.
  • Meet performance targets, stay composed under pressure, and achieve strong results across a range of racing events.

  • Strong interest in markets or solid knowledge of the racing industry (with a willingness to learn).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and make confident decisions in fast-paced situations.
