
Exceptional Customer Experience Leader

As a key member of our customer service team, the Customer Service Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in improving customer satisfaction.
This role requires someone who can lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing initiatives to meet customer expectations, overseeing daily customer management, and analyzing return and claim trends.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and propose cost-saving solutions.
Requirements for this role include a university degree in Supply Chain or a related field, experience in leading customer service departments, and professional experience in customer-facing roles. Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in MS Office are also essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently deliver high-quality results, and demonstrate proactivity, accountability, resilience, and effective time management.
