We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of tailored Salesforce solutions for clients.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
This role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions utilizing expertise in Lightning Web Component Framework and APEX REST/SOAP APIs. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration with 3rd party systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and deploying Salesforce applications, including knowledge of Low Code and Pro Code methodology.
A strong understanding of cross-functional technical teams, project vision, and technical solutions is also required. Salesforce Certified - Platform Developer I and App Builder, with a proven track record of successful implementation and rollout on various Salesforce modules, is highly desirable.
