Job Description:

This production planning position requires strong collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities across four manufacturing sites.

Mentoring and assisting staff members in their development plans.

Preparing management/executive scorecards and participating in operational reviews.

Developing and leading the SIOP process within Business Units and Sites.

Providing clear build requirements/forecast to internal and external manufacturing partners.

Monitoring delivery and leading improvement activities.

Ensuring inventory targets are met through effective inventory management.

Partnering with procurement teams to identify and validate material requirements.

Transforming supply chain processes using MRP and ERP systems.

Diagnosing incorrect MRP outputs and utilizing MRP functionality to manage supply and demand efficiently.

Cross-training with existing staff to cover sickness/vacation periods.

Coordinating with Engineering on NPI products to achieve best time-to-market.

Managing new and existing product ramps to ensure availability of capacity and resources.

Leading continuous improvement activities within the supply chain.
