Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced front desk manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hospital's front-of-house area. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and implementing process improvements. They will also be able to train and develop staff, manage cash handling and telecommunications systems, and contribute to emergency planning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding patient and visitor experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hospital teams to address issues, enhance systems, and train staff.
  • Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Support: Assist with emergency planning, manage paging/telephone systems, and cash handling.
