**Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator Role**We are seeking a creative individual to join our activities team as an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator. This role involves coordinating fun, engaging, and fulfilling village lifestyle programs.
  1. Plan, schedule, and run activities within the village.
  2. Ensure the activities calendar meets requirements around physical, mental, and social activities.
  3. Curate and develop flyers/communications around monthly events.
  4. Promote happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life for residents.
  5. Work closely with the broader activities team to ensure event calendars run smoothly.
  6. Run resident bingo and assist in delivering various workshops, social, and craft activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong empathy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A creative flair
  • Experience working in aged care (not essential)
