Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Village Coordinator.

The Village Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to village residents and visitors, managing competing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

This is a diverse role that involves interacting with residents, assisting on village projects, coordinating maintenance of the village, monitoring EHS compliance, and assisting with events and village wellbeing programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Level 2 First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete
  • Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety
  • Basic accounting/finance processing experience
