Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our software testing processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define test plans, scenarios, and cases that meet the required standards for each project.
  • Lead and coordinate testing execution, ensuring timely defect resolution and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze post-testing results, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous process refinement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and software testing, preferably in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the insurance domain (claims, policy, billing systems) is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing results and driving process improvements.
