Our hotel is a 241 room, Premium 5 Star Luxury Hotel situated in the heart of Sydney. It's located next to Hyde Park and on the doorstep of Sydney's vibrant restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues.

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Porter to join our Front Office team. As a porter, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the guest journey is smooth and guests receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other needs
  • Assist guests with departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local points of interest in Sydney to guests
Requirements
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle a wide range of responsibilities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
