Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.
We are looking for a Principle - Recruitment to join our internal team on a full time basis. The role will report to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for delivery of all recruitment needs, forecasting and reporting to the business.

The role:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring their growth, performance, and engagement.
- Management of recruitment for the business.
- Push process driven success throughout the business by ensuring staff maintain internal recruitment processes and procedures.
- Drive continuous business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the business, key stakeholders, and the HR Manager.
- Lead internal and external meeting delegating tasks and forecasting future issues.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with operational teams.
- Undertake forecasting activities to plan future works.
- Provide consistent market data and recruitment trends to the business.
- Key escalation point for all recruitment matters.
What you bring:
- Proven experience leading a recruitment team.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in a recruitment function.
- Demonstrated experience in a mining, civil or similar industry.
- A proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment services in a fast-paced high-volume environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- High levels of motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills; and
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business
